QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
The Quality Management System is a documented system which ensures consistency of operation whilst leaving sufficient flexibility to operate effectively. It is the basis of continual quality improvement and as such leads to a more co-operative and creative environment within a company and establishes the correct conditions for employee involvement and cost savings. Obviously a company must be able to operate the systems once implemented and so our involvement is kept to a minimum. For the a system to be a success there needs to be a high degree of ownership and we achieve this through a combination of training, education, auditing and self discovery.

CONSULTANCY
We operate both as advisers to suppliers wishing to meet specific standards and auditors to companies who want suppliers assessed. Of course we assist in the preparation of these supplier standards as well but great care is take to avoid conflict of interest and to retain our impartiality.
